You can expect to receive approximately 50-100 high-quality, edited photos from a regular shoot. The final number of photos may vary depending on the length of the shoot, or what session you chose, the number of locations, and the number of people involved. For Weddings it depends upon which package you chose. We always strive to provide a good balance between quantity and quality, ensuring that each photo is carefully selected, edited, and delivered to meet our clients' expectations.
After the shoot, our team will carefully select and edit the best photos from the session. We aim to deliver the final photos within 3-4 Weeks for a regular session & 4-6 weeks for weddings, depending on the season and our workload. Once the photos are ready, we will send them to you via an online gallery!
We do not send raw images. Raw images are unfinished work.
Yes, we offer photo retouching and editing services to enhance the quality of your photos. We adjust the exposure, color, contrast, and other aspects of the photos to improve their overall look and feel. We also retouch small imperfections such as blemishes, wrinkles, and stray hairs, while maintaining a natural and timeless look. We don't use photoshop.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your booking. To cancel your booking, we require at least a 48-hour notice prior to the shoot. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the shoot, we may need to charge a cancellation fee or retain a portion of the deposit. However, we always aim to be flexible and reasonable with our cancellation policy, and we'll work with you to find a solution that works for everyone.
